Meet one of our longtime good friends, Patrick Gass🥰
Patrick is an RYT-500 yoga teacher who’s enjoyed teaching in the Weatherford area since 2016. A great yoga mentor taught Patrick to “Teach what you know, and what you know is what worked for you.” What worked for Patrick was a slow, gentle style of practice that’s available for all humans on this earth journey.

YOGA WITH PATRICK is a 50 minute practice which will utilize gentle poses, intentional breathing, and focused rest to improve balance, energy and increased ease. The goal of the practice is self-discovery, offering tools that guide the yogi in finding their own optimal practice. A wise yogi said that we don’t use the body to get into the poses, we use the POSES to get “into the body.” A yoga practice connects mind, body, and spirit. Cool, huh?!
YOGA WITH PATRICK is a donation-based class so no memberships or class package is required. We do have community props in house for you to borrow, you’re also welcome to bring a mat and any other props you’d like (blanket, blocks, straps).

Breathwork is a powerful practice that uses conscious breathing to help quiet the thinking mind and reconnect with the wisdom of the body. By breathing in a deeper, more intentional way, we create the conditions for emotional release, nervous system regulation, insight, and a deeper connection to ourselves. As the mind begins to soften, the body is given an opportunity to release stored tension, emotions, and energetic patterns that may no longer serve us. Participants may experience physical sensations, emotions, memories, profound relaxation, personal insight, or a greater sense of connection and clarity.
The invitation is simple: show up with curiosity rather than expectations. Instead of trying to control, analyze, or fix anything, allow whatever arises to be present without judgment. Whether the experience feels subtle or profound, the breath becomes a bridge between the conscious and unconscious mind, creating space for healing, integration, and transformation to unfold naturally. No two experiences are alike, and there is nothing to force or achieve. The practice is simply an invitation to breathe deeply, listen inwardly, and trust your own inner wisdom to guide the process.
