We have tried to avoid this, but the number of late cancellations and no-shows has simply made it imperative for us to implement this policy. If we just have a bit of notice, we can usually get someone booked in, but if we don't know you aren't coming, then the barbers and the shop are just out the pay for that time. Please be considerate and give us as much notice as possible. Thank you!
