In Tune

As we finished up our practice last night, I was already trying to make a plan for next month and then I get this message on my way home. I LOVE it when God uses others to encourage others even in the small details.
My response to her was, I’m just incredibly thankful I’m able! I’ve always thought that but then when hit with severe leg/knee pain from mold toxicity, the thankfulness that I’m able to get on the floor is now even deeper! For the few weeks that I wasn’t able, I was tempted to think the worst.
And how right is she!!!! Plans aren’t made to be worshipped! From now on when I go rouge in class, this is what I’m going to try and remember to say to remind us all! So good!
Btw, this Sunday is the 1st Sunday of August so there’s no class on Sunday! Bitter sweet 💖

I caught myself trying to brush the skin off my teeth this morning at a very rapid pace while brushing my teeth 🥴🤣😵‍💫
I had to literally tell myself to SLOW DOWN! My shoulders were tight and I was in such a hurry for NO REASON!
My anxiety level has been really high lately, I think mostly due to what’s called herxing which means worsening of symptoms while dealing with mold toxicity 😨 the good news is that these worsening symptoms usually mean that the mold is slowly being killed off, it means that what I’m doing is working 🙌🏼
Needless to say, I really need to get on the floor with y’all today!

I loved our quiet class today 💖 I sure did need it!

I wish I could be a walking talking encyclopedia of info about the benefits and impact of yoga and nervous system regulation but I can barely remember if we just did the left or the right side 😵‍💫
The fact that our nervous systems were being shaped in the womb by our mother’s heartbeat and emotions!
The only regret I have in life is that my knowledge was so limited (no internet) during my pregnancies, births and when my boys were babies.

The schedule this week has ended up kinda weird but hopefully in a good way?! I plan on taking the time to rearrange my garagedominium and sew! I need more yoga pants 😜
No classes Tuesday or Thursday 🥴 due to the 3rd Tuesday and the 4th Thursday falling on the same week 😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫
If you’re confused, I take the 1st Sunday of the month off, the 2nd Monday (haven health location), the 3rd Tuesday and the 4th Thursday.
The goal for this schedule is for me not to over do it!
The next class will be Sunday July 26!
Also, considering making the Sunday afternoon classes a “we’re not going to standing” class 😅 lately, it has felt like it needs to be a quiet very restorative type of class. I battled it out in my mind in yesterday’s class about coming to standing and in the end I decided to stick to the plan and get up 🫣 We’ll have to see but I find it really hard to want too much of a challenge on a Sunday afternoon!!! But I also want to do what y’all need!
