This pasta salad is always a party favorite, and if you serve this up, get ready for a lot of people asking you for the recipe! With the Banza protein pasta, this pasta salad is high protein but still tastes just like traditional pasta, and I love that I donβt need to compromise for one or the other!
Full recipe:
- 4 cups Banza Rotini Protein Pasta
- 2 cups lettuce
- 1 cup red onion
- 1 cup tomato
- 1 cup cucumber
Dressing:
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2tsp oregano
- 2 tsp basil
- salt and pepper to taste
