I feel like this needs to be addressed because something was recently brought to my attention that genuinely hurt my heart. ❤️

A client came to see me today whom I haven’t seen in quite some time. She told me that she had been looking for me ALL over and, when she asked where I was, she was told that I had stopped working and was staying home with my kids.

Thankfully, she did some investigating and eventually found me. I’m so grateful she did, but I have to be honest—I’m very disappointed and hurt to learn that this has apparently been happening for quite some time.

My clients mean so much to me. I truly love what I do, and I love the relationships I’ve built with the people who trust me with their hair. When I go a long time without seeing a client, I genuinely wonder about them and miss them. If you’re a hairstylist, I’m sure you know exactly what I mean. ❤️

This is my business, but it’s also how I provide for and support my family. If I know that a stylist has moved or changed salons, and someone asks me where they are, I will always point them in the right direction. I would simply hope that the same courtesy would be extended to me.

So, if you’ve been looking for me, please know that I am still here and still doing hair! I am Alter'd Muse Salon & Spa I have been for almost 4 years!
