Vitamin C- a vitamin c serum provides antioxidant protection against environmental damages, and supports collagen production, both things we don’t want to miss out on.

Avoid harsh exfoliants- chemical exfoliants or physical exfoliants- either way most are made to be used at night only. Not only does your skin repair itself at night, you don’t want to expose your skin to sun and the elements after a harsh exfoliant

Wash your hands before starting your skincare routine- it’s the same idea of not applying make up with dirty brushes- bacteria grows everywhere.

Apply sunscreen- not just to your face. To your neck, décolleté, hands and ears! We’re not letting other things age us!
