Love and Hair Peace is looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable person to join our team as a second Salon Receptionist! 💕

We’re looking for someone who is warm and welcoming, great with people, comfortable on the phone, and able to stay organized in a busy salon environment. This position will work alongside our current receptionist to help provide excellent guest service and keep our front desk running smoothly.

Responsibilities will include:
• Greeting and checking in guests
• Answering phones, texts, and emails
• Scheduling and managing appointments
• Helping guests with questions and general customer service
• Processing checkout and retail purchases
• Keeping the front desk organized and running smoothly
• Assisting our salon team with day-to-day administrative tasks
• Helping maintain salon cleanliness and organization
• Monitoring inventory and assisting with restocking supplies

Because we specialize in hair loss and hair replacement, many of our guests come to us during a very personal and vulnerable time. Kindness, compassion, professionalism, and discretion are incredibly important to us.

Salon or front-desk experience is a plus, but we’re absolutely willing to consider the right person who is organized, personable, reliable, and eager to learn.
