What's your favorite essential oil or blend for a good night's sleep or grounding yourself during the day?
My favorite to use topically or diffused is a combination of lavender and vetiver! My dogs love vetiver essential oil and I've found that most horses do too! Make yourself a roller bottle with this blend and keep it in your car or bag and anytime that you need to take 5 just roll it on your wrists and at the base of your throat and breathe. Diffuse at night and sleep more deeply.
