This patient came to us presenting with rosacea, seborrheic dermatitis, post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation, and sensitive/reactive skin, following an unfortunate experience at another medspa where she developed a reaction after a procedure involving topical numbing cream.

Before considering additional treatments, our priority was to stabilize her skin and restore a healthy skin barrier using targeted prescription therapy and a carefully selected medical-grade skincare regimen.

Once her skin was healthy and stable, we gradually introduced conservative in-office treatments tailored to her skin. Over the following months, she completed:

• 5 Hollywood Spectra Carbon Laser treatments
• Botox
• Customized medical-grade skincare regimen (approximately 10 products) + prescription skincare
