I have always enjoyed physical activities. Mainly lifting, running and practicing and playing sports. I have only played baseball in college, but the workout regiment was intense and I have looked everywhere for product to help fuel my body for the extreme physical demand on my body. I studied psychology in college and recognize that once you lose physical strength and acute motor functions your mind then goes with it. They are very much inter-dependent, therefore in order to continue the physical activity I so much love Advocare has proven to have the products I desire and need. I so much enjoy well being and promoting others to engage in healthy activity with me that I have chosen to approach the business aspect of the products, rather than just use them.
