BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT IS AN AGREEMENT TO TERMS;
- Appointment times are only secured after putting down a deposit equaling 50% of the estimated service cost.
- Cancelling an appointment within 72 hours of your scheduled appointment time, or no-showing will result in a $75 fee. You will not be able to rebook until this is paid.
- There is no liability on any parties for contraction of COVID-19 or otherwise.

🖤 Important Update 🖤
Firstly, I apologize to those I was not able to tell in person, this has been an incredibly difficult decision to make.
Due to a chronic physical condition, this year will mark my unfortunate retirement from behind the chair 💔
The lease for my salon space is up in April, and will thus mark the end of our time together. I will greatly miss my home away from home, and all of you that I have come to know and love. I thought I had so much more time in my space with all of you, seeing the end so soon has rattled my world.
This was very hard to come to terms with, however, the physical discomfort of doing hair has become debilitating, and as you all know, I am solely responsible for the care of my young daughter. Being able to be a good, functional mom was my driving factor in this hard decision.
For the time being, I will be taking things much easier, and limiting my time behind the chair.
I will be open only two days per week, with only one color client per day. I am instilling new rates to help cover this drastic change.
Big transformational color projects will be broken into multiple sessions.
I appreciate everyone's understanding and patience during this time, and I hope I get to see as many of you as possible before my retirement 🖤

The Autumn rush has been in full swing, thank you all so much for patiently waiting for replies to your messages!
I understand communication delays can be frustrating; it's important to me that everyone gets the dedicated attention they deserve, so replies will be sent when I am able to give you my full attention.
A reminder; I do my best to respect my own boundaries and only answer messages during normal business hours, which sometimes means I'm not able to get to messages the same day if I'm working during those hours.
