There are a few situations where waiting a little longer protects your skin, your results, and your healing.
Hold off if you’re:
🚫 On blood thinners or recently took aspirin/ibuprofen: Excess bleeding pushes pigment out and muddies your results.
🚫 Actively breaking out or fighting an infection near the brows: Let your skin calm down first.
🚫 On Accutane (isotretinoin): It thins and sensitizes skin, so most artists ask you to be off it 6–12 months.
