My spiritual awakening journey started about 3 years ago. I use to get the message that it is a blessing in disguise and i didnt understand that because it was more like a nightmare. Since then I have had sooooo many energy healings and have been putting all the different puzzle pieces together. I found out I had MTHFR which is why I was spiritually guided to go gluten free… lost 60 lbs with barely trying but kept it consistent. People would asked me all the time if I felt better but the truth was I felt terrible. I would keep most of everything bad to myself. It felt like I was truly living a double life.

After working with my healer for about a year, I was told my brain is compromised (meaning something was preventing me from shutting down the noise.) I had a ton of coaching, learned a little bit of mediumship and energetic hygiene and we couldn’t stop my experiences. I also stopped doing my own energy healing on and off because i was getting such traumatizing experiences and wanted to remain in integrity. I didn’t want to learn mediumship and practice anymore until I felt better so this led me to look more into my brain.

For the longest time I felt like the medical field could not help me because medication has never worked for me in the past and also of my spiritual experiences so I was never happy about going down that route. One thing that I am very proud of myself for is that I always explained my experiences no matter what the reactions were. It’s the worst and hardest part really of this whole thing.. telling your story, reliving it and then listening or feeling the reactions and not believing they can help you. I surprisingly met a therapist and a psychiatrist that were very open and listened to me. I had my genes tested for the first time before we tried any medications due to the MTHFR sensitivities. I tried a few different medications because I was so desperate and I just wanted to see if they would help at all which they did not. I tried EMDR for the second time and continued different energy healings modalities all throughout this time.

My Dr referred me to a neurologist who ordered an MRI. They ended up finding 4 small lesions in the frontal area of my brain. ( lesions are very common but apparently it’s the location of the lesions that have been preventing my spiritual channels to be able to shut down) I also had a spinal tap test for MS- it came back negative for MS. Since then I continued my spiritual healings and have gotten so far with this. The things I have endured have been very traumatizing where I became in flight or fight everyday. Just managing life became so horrible.

At this point I was getting energy healings from 2 other different spiritual healers and started my shamanic practitioner program. We were getting a lot of great work done but I unfortunately was still feeling terrible. I have never been so stressed where my brain was in complete burn out. I was doing all the things I was being taught and I just could not keep the spirits away from me and I was always in constant overwhelm.

I was then referred to the Amen clinic from my one teacher to figure out more about my brain. Our goal has been to get my nervous system calm and out of flight or fight so I then can be a lot stronger and calm to the experiences I’ve been having.

The Amen Clinic has already been a miracle. My brain scans in my first evaluation have shown that the primary problem really isn’t clinical depression it’s a temporal lobe problem that causes a lot of emotional issues. So this is an example of when people get on these antidepressants that don’t work because it’s really not what needs to be treated. I am now able to treat the temporal lobe and mood centers the correct way which have been contributing to a ton of my symptoms probably my whole life. My anxiety and mood centers have also been overreactive which affects my brain health. Following these appointments will be a naturopath Dr to further the treatment plan with follow ups.
Because i am so highly sensitive to lights, noise, smells, feelings this also has connected this to being on the spectrum which also makes so much more sense to how highly intuitive I am spiritually.. I know it, I feel it, I hear it, I see it, I taste it. I have been in the middle of these two things for so long where I finally can get the help I need now.

Reflecting on my mental health journey and my spiritual awakening process has made me look at the world and people differently. Driving to this clinic has made me grateful but sad that there are so many people in pain, misdiagnosed or even not aware of their own spiritual experiences. Everyone should have opportunities for better health and not everyone is able to get the help they need and not everyone listens to them.

I do believe we are evolving into a more spiritually aware world where really the mind, body and spirit are treated. I hope it’s not always so hard to do this. 🩵

I had two appointments this week that went well! As we walked into the building for the first time a butterfly flew around us. 🦋

The first practitioner that greeted me brought me to the back rooms and the very first thing he starts asking me was mediumistic questions .. I was surprised. He said I’m like you! He’s said you’re going through the dark night of the soul aren’t you? Hands me the book of miracles and instantly asked me about specific questions that I didn’t even have to bring up. We talked a lot about healing karma, forgiveness, love and waking up to help others wake up!

Part of the struggle for me at least going to typical medical appointments has been the mindset of the medical field. So that was a gift for me! 🙂

It is true.. how do you know unless you look? Why isn’t everyone looking?

I have been suffering mentally, physically and spiritually for a very long time really my whole life & I know that I am on the verge of a miracle happening because this week I will be going to the Amen Clinic in Fort Lauderdale to get my brain scanned. Within the last few years I have discovered my spiritual gifts but have also learned there is a connection in my brain that I cannot shut down the spirit side of things. I have been doing so many spiritual healings clearing all the things I have brought into this life which Ive had to be very brave and strong to do. To live, go to work and make it seem like I haven’t been struggling has been very hard. One day I know I will write a book in hopes to help others in some way with mental health and spirituality. I hope I can inspire & help others because I know there are so many people struggling with similar scenarios and feel they can’t be helped. I don’t talk about my life that much because I really don’t know how to but I am ready for a new story and a miracle of healing my brain and my spirit. 🕊️🌈🩵
