Sorry to trigger any of my corporate followers (or EX like me!!) with that damn book but it’s true: the way you go from a good esti to a great esti is to dig deep and give that to your client.
Men want to be heard, they really do. I would say that 95% talk in the first 15 minutes (about all kinds of things!) and then slowly become quiet as they relax. What a gift to be the person that someone opens up to!

This client had a few jobs (!!!) one of which was massage therapy. Speaking of no cap, I was definitely paying attention to the massage portion of the treatment and asked for his honest feedback at the end.
