She always knew that she would pursue a career in cosmetology. In 2001, she graduated from Empire Beauty School at the top of her class and received her license to style hair in Atlanta, GA. Q started her career at InVisions Hair Studio. From there she became self-educated in the area of healthy hair care, which is something she felt was just as important as styling. She moved on to PeezyHeadz Natural Hair Salon to grow and gain more experience providing natural hair services. As her Journey continued she found herself at Salon Malone, creating a following of clients that are still with her til this day. Currently, she proudly works at The Style Bar Salon in Tucker Ga doing what she does best, transforming heads into master pieces. The Style Bar has allowed her the freedom to grow as a Hair Stylist; giving her the ability to take part in more hair events and work onsite of various shoots. It has permitted her the time to build her brand “By Ms. Q | Doing hair in its natural Essence”. Amongst her services, Ms. Q’s specializes in providing healthy and natural hair care alternatives. She also offers onsite services for high profile clients as well as film, video and photo shoot sets. Q’s most innovative hairstyles have been featured on the cover of Hotlanta Hair Magazines, Fashion Shows and Photo shoots along the east coast. Q has a true talent for capturing the essence of your vision for any hairstyle, mood or event.
