I mixed shades from several different palettes to make sure I was getting progress across multiple projects, and I ended up loving how everything came together.

A couple of days late 🤦🏻‍♀️ but this is my 50 Shades of Blue update for July. 💙🩵💙

This is a and was created by Jessica Lee Amanda and Cece.

I completed a few more goals. Most exciting things are the Curlsmith Volume Foam and the Elf Holy Hydration daily moisturizer. I also finished my Dolce & Gabbana The One. It was a deluxe sample size but a win is a win. I met a few goals on some eye pencils and finished a few more pans in my NPLB palettes.

Progress is progress!!

Saturday MOTD 🖤✨

Today's look was all about making progress on my Ensley Reign Nevermore for my Deck of Panning NPLB challenge...and I think this may be one of my favorite looks I've created with it so far.

To brighten the inner corner, I pulled in Devinah Rain Tarts, and I absolutely love the contrast against the rich berries and smoky purples. Sometimes one little single shadow is all it takes to finish a look.

It was the perfect makeup for heading to my first of two tattoo sessions today. I was definitely in the mood for something dark, moody, and a little dramatic.

I love weaving my roulette shades into everyday looks. It keeps me making progress while still creating something that's totally wearable.
For Face Palette Friday, I shopped my magnetic palettes! One holds my depotted Benefit blushes, and the other is filled with Sydney Grace blushes and highlighters.

I absolutely love building my own custom palettes—it makes reaching for products so much easier and reminds me to use shades that might otherwise get forgotten.

Thursday MOTD. 🩶

I was chatting with Ash about the Melt lipstick sale, and it made me want to pull out Grunge, the lipstick they sent me a while back. 💕

Once I decided on the lipstick, I knew the ColourPop Stone Cold Fox palette would be the perfect match. I also pulled in two of my Eyeshadow Roulette shades from Sydney Grace—Frosted Kingdom and Rose Petals—to get a little more progress on those.

Stone Cold Fox also needed some love. My goal is still to hit pan in every shade this year, and with only 5 months left, I need to stop neglecting it. 😂 Time to make some progress!

The result was a soft, cool-toned smoky eye with a touch of sparkle that paired perfectly with Grunge. Sometimes shopping your own collection is all the inspiration you need.

Wednesday MOTD. 💜
I recently rolled the Ensley Reign Nevermore palette into my Deck of Panning for my No Pan Left Behind project, so it was time to show it some love.

I paired it with Sydney Grace Rose Petals, which was just rolled into my Eyeshadow Roulette, and decided to do a halo eye. I thought it would be the best way to show off the beautiful shimmer in this palette...and I think it was the right choice.

These projects are always pushing me to revisit palettes and singles that I haven't reached for in a while, and I'm never mad about that. Sometimes all it takes is one look to remember why you fell in love with a product in the first place.

Tuesday MOTD 💚

Today's look was all about making progress without sacrificing what I was in the mood to wear.

I needed to get some more uses on my Rick and Morty palette for my No Pan Left Behind project, and I really wanted to use the greens. But...I wasn't feeling a full green eye today.
So instead, I added a bright pop of green to the inner corner and paired it with warm neutrals from the Alter Ego Mirage palette. I love how that little flash of color brightens the whole look without taking over.

Sometimes a little pop is all you need!

🎉 Eyeshadow Roulette is LIVE! 🎉

This month's update was SO satisfying! I had progress on 9 out of 10 shades, rolled out 5 shadows (finally saying goodbye to Rosette 🙌), and the wheel gave me a gorgeous new color story that's gone from Christmas in July to a meadow of roses. 🌹

Monday MOTD ☁️🤎

It has been dreary and gray here today, so I decided to fight back with some warm, cozy tones.

Today's palette was the Sigma Ambiance, and it was exactly what I was in the mood for. Rich browns, warm bronzes, and soft golds just have a way of making everything feel a little sunnier.

This palette has such an effortless formula, and I always end up with a look that feels polished without having to overthink it. Sometimes all you need is a little warmth to brighten a gloomy day.
