Due to the extreme weather, the heating system in the entire building is currently down. Until it is fully repaired, I will be unable to offer shampoo services.
For all upcoming appointments, please arrive with your hair washed and fully dried prior to your scheduled time. This is a temporary adjustment, and I will notify you as soon as normal services resume.
