What if your body isn't something you need to fix?
That's a strange question when so much of taking care of ourselves has become about fixing something.
Fix the pain. Fix the sleep. Fix the stress. Fix whatever isn't behaving the way we think it should.
But there's a difference between wanting to feel better and believing there's something wrong with you because you don't.
That's one of the things we appreciate about acupuncture. It gives us another way to approach what's happening in the body—with curiosity instead of immediately treating it like a problem.
