👨‍🍳 Ingredients

• 1 large sweet potato, around 300g
• 200g (7 oz) 95% lean beef mince
• 35g fat free mozzarella
• 40g tomato
• 20g onion
• 20g jalapeño
• 30g (2 tbsp) lime juice
• ½ avocado, around 75g
• Flaky salt

👉 Method

Bake the sweet potato face down at 220°C / 425°F for around 40 minutes until soft and caramelised.

Cook your beef, then load everything on top with the cheese, tomato, onion, jalapeño, avocado and lime.

Finish with flaky salt and enjoy.
