Lately I’ve been thinking a lot about time.

About the things I thought I would have accomplished by now.

The business I thought would be bigger.
The dreams I thought would be further along.
The version of myself I thought I would have become by this point in my life.

And it’s easy to look around and wonder…

Did I miss my moment?

But maybe we don’t have to have everything figured out by a certain age.

Maybe some dreams need time.

Maybe the years that felt like detours were actually teaching us what we needed to know.

I’ve spent years working with skin, building businesses, teaching estheticians, learning, creating, failing, growing, and starting again.

And today I realize something:

I still have so much left to build.

Ansley Marie’s may not be where I want it to be yet.

But I believe deeply in what it can become.

So instead of looking backward and wishing I had done more…

I’m looking forward.

There is still time to create something beautiful.

There is still time to make an impact.

There is still time to become the woman I know I’m capable of becoming.

Dry skin isn’t always just “dry”.

The other day, someone asked me,

“How long have you wanted to create your own skincare line?”

You see, I struggled with my skin. And I mean STRUGGLED.

From the time I was 10 years old, my skin was a constant source of frustration. Acne. Redness. Irritation. Dryness. I tried product after product, hoping for a miracle.

Nothing seemed to work.

By the time I was 15, I was fed up. I remember thinking, “There has to be something better than this.”
