I've moved through so many "lows", and those "lows" were instrumental in pushing me towards the only way out... the Love of Oneself.

The process was a 20yr focussed battle to surface through, for me to become this 2022 version of the Divine Human that I AM and have always been.

Learning to love yourself means removing the blocks, the walls, the clutter "under the rug."

It starts with the desire to not feel like "this" anymore.
And it begins with bringing loving, conscious awareness to your everyday habits that encourage anything but self-love.

It is a life-long practice, a daily practice, with the best rewards you will ever experience involved.

Everyone deserves to understand how to honor the best of themselves and to know that they are worthy of it.

You deserve it!
You are Enough!
Regardless of your lowest lows, You Are Worthy!💗

I move towards the delicate gorgeousnesses of the soul I was born to realize ✨
I move into and through
not around or away from
I stare at the depths of all of myself
directly into my own eyes
observing but not absorbing what I am separating myself from
always beginning with myself and ending with myself
what never existed
what I idealized
what I did to cope
releasing as I observe
RELEASING THROUGH FEELING
one by one
picking each moment up tenderly
cradling myself through the layers of awareness of what I now know will never be my reality again
the survivor peeks in today
proud of myself that I choose to work every day to promote this delicate dance that heals and nurtures
inward extending outward
shedding the tears and releasing the traumas that I did not choose to endure
