It’s new to us and new to aesthetics, but absolutely not new to medicine.
PDGF has been used for years in wound care, tissue regeneration, and orthopedic healing because of how powerfully it accelerates repair at the cellular level.
Paired with microneedling, where we create hundreds of thousands to over a million microchannels in a single session, PDGF+ becomes a powerful add-on to the treatment.
We apply PDGF+ topically immediately after microneedling, while those freshly created microchannels are still open. This helps enhance absorption and support the skin’s natural repair process, promoting faster healing, smoother recovery, and less downtime.

When I had my first vascular event, I was going to quit. I thought that was a sign I was bad and needed to move onto another career. I cried and cried, the patient was fine - I was not.
I told the plastic surgeon I worked for that I couldn’t do it anymore. He never once gave me any praise, but that day he said, “Take a look at your before and after photos, you’re really good.”
I was like really?
Every now and then, when I still doubt myself, I do just that. I remind myself that I’m right where I should be.
My aesthetic is graceful. I am and should be proud of myself.
