HSA & FSA cards now accepted! 💳
You may be able to use your HSA or FSA card to pay for your massage at Four Paws Massage.
Please check with your HSA/FSA provider before your appointment to confirm that massage therapy is an eligible expense under your specific plan.
A few important things to know:
Eligibility varies by plan — Four Paws Massage does not determine whether your massage qualifies for your HSA/FSA.
HSA/FSA cards may be declined — acceptance of these cards does not guarantee your individual card will be approved.
If your card is declined or the service isn’t eligible under your plan, you’re responsible for payment using another accepted method.
A receipt will be provided by text or email after payment for your records.
