There are small average differences between male and female lips, but there is a lot of natural variation, so you cannot reliably determine a person's s*x by their lips alone.
Male lips (average):
Usually slightly thinner, especially the upper lip.
Wider mouth on average.
Less pronounced Cupid's bow (the "M" shape of the upper lip).
Surrounding skin may appear rougher due to facial hair or thicker skin.
Female lips (average):
Often appear fuller, especially the lower lip.
More defined Cupid's bow.
Smaller mouth width on average.
Lips may look smoother because the surrounding skin is generally finer.
These are population averages only. Many men naturally have full lips, and many women naturally have thin lips, so lip shape is not a reliable way to identify someone's s*x.

When comparing male and female chest anatomy, the foundational structures—like the ribs, clavicle (collarbone), and the pectoralis major muscle—are identical. The primary differences lie in the development of breast tissue, driven by hormones during puberty.
Key Structural Differences
Glandular Tissue & Lobes: As shown in the diagram, the female breast develops a complex network of lobes and terminal duct lobular units (the structures responsible for producing milk). The male breast contains only a few primitive, blind-ended ducts that rarely extend past the edge of the ar**la.
Adipose (Fat) Tissue: Female chests naturally accumulate significantly more interlobular adipose tissue (fat), which provides the primary shape and volume of the breast. Male chests feature a much thinner layer of supporting fibro-adipose tissue.
The Nipple-Areola Complex: On average, the ar**la (the darker skin surrounding the ni**le) and the ni**le itself are larger and more projected on a female chest compared to a male chest.
Both biological s*xes possess the same underlying muscular framework, meaning exercise targets the exact same pectoral muscles regardless of s*x.

The abdominal muscles are essentially the same in males and females. The main difference is usually the amount and distribution of body fat, which can make the muscles appear more or less defined.
