Emotions are not only processed and experienced through the mind... the body and the internal organs also feel them too! Whenever we experience anger, our bodies prepare us for a fight-or-flight response, which includes increased heart rate, elevated blood pressure, and the release of stress hormones like adrenaline and cortisol. This prepares us for immediate action, causing muscle tension and heightened alertness. So, to counteract the effects of putting the body under such level of stress, we can simply get active. Help it to release and the mind will follow! And it couldn't get easier than this simple practice! We cant change the world outside us, but we can find useful ways to process life!
The knowledge that has survived for thousands of years holds the key to longetivity .... knowledge can be found in Yoga, Chi kung, Tai chi for example can help us the most during postmodern times. Because our lifestyle now requires little movement, we just need to go back to practices that help us rebalance. This is particularly useful as they target our whole being, not only our appearance, but also how our bodies function. This particular practice is a mix that i love, particularly when I begin to feel sluggish. That probably means my lymphatic and nervous system need extra help and it usually resets all fascia, gets the metabolism going and allows for overall good circulation. It takes only about 10 minutes which is the best part! Be careful, Anyone with spinal disk issues : please avoid this practice. Otherwise, why not give it a try for a month and see how you feel!

The iliopsoas muscle group is made up of the psoas major, and the iliacus. Together, they are the main flexors of the hip joint and play a super important role in stabilizing the core and lower body...seating for too long or general bad posture means they either tighten or become weak: only proper movement and breathing can keep the whole area in balance. Recording out in nature is always fun... but it makes everything more complicated... as well as outdoor practice, same challenges really! Dogs, cats, birds, people, wind, water, sand, soil, sun, heat, rain, wind etc etc. all the little things that we love, that love us and ground us. The imperfections that make life real/ The double edged sword we all love ❤️ that makes life worth living! The unexpected details that make us go the long way.
