Like many of you know, I work as a hairdresser/barber there in our country but now im here in NZ. We love what we do and we contribute to our communities every day.❤️🫶🏼🇵🇭🇳🇿

But right now our residency pathway is at risk. From August 24, hairdressers and barbers are being put on a list that makes it nearly impossible to get residency in NZ, even for those of us working legally and paying taxes.

Hair & Barber NZ has started a petition to Parliament to fix this and give skilled hairdressers and barbers a fair chance at residency.🫶🏼❤️
