Q: What can I expect at my first Sugaring appt? A: Sugar paste is applied by hand and gently molded over your skin, then flicked off (with all that unwanted hair) It is fantastic! You will never want to wax again. Q: How long does my hair need to be? A: Sugaring can extract very short hair. For the best result at least 1/8″ is ideal, but Sugar can extract hair as short as 1/16″! A: Sugaring is all natural, can never burn or lift skin, leads to less ingrown hair, but the real kicker…Sugaring can lead to permanent refinement & reduction of your hair growth! Take that Wax!! Q: What should I do to prepare for my Sugaring? A: Please avoid exfoliating or tanning the day
before, day of and day after your service. Avoid shaving! Q: Im on Accutane, can I be Sugared? A: No, Accutane must be discontinued for at least six months before Sugaring can be considered. Q: What about Retin-A? A: Please contact us prior to scheduling if you are actively using Retin-A. Q: Is there anytime I should not get Sugared? A: While it is totally safe, you may feel more sensitive or tender if Sugared during your period. Q: I’m pregnant, can I get Sugared? A: You bet! It’s completely safe and there are no chemicals involved.
