As a few of you will know my journey into aromatherapy is both professional and deeply personal, shaped by lived experience and more than 30 years supporting women through therapies, remedies & skin care that I offered in my beauty therapy practice.

Working on Women’s skin for so long, I realised there was a trend. They weren’t coming to see me just to look after their skin. It was much deeper than that.

They came to see me as a way of looking after their emotions as well.

This led me to realise that skincare should be an opportunity for self-care — daily practices that nurture emotional and physical wellbeing while supporting healthy, radiant skin.

By merging aromatherapy in our Skin Care we also nurture the emotions with aromatherapy.

Heating & air conditioning also dehydrates your skin so just feel it every morning & adjust your moisturiser & protection if you need to.

Aroma Spa combines the wisdom of aromatherapy with botanical skin nutrition to create products & rituals that merges Self Care & Skin Care.

Through my many years as a clinical aromatherapist & looking after Women’s skin & wellbeing, I have always had an holistic approach to skin health & how it is linked to wellbeing.

Skin health is so much more than applying functional ingredients.

Likewise wellbeing is so much more than nutrition.

I realised the sensorial aspect of skincare was just as important to get optimal results for my clients.

My therapies included the amazing healing & therapeutic aspects of aromatherapy, but the formulation of the remedy was also very important.

If the scent, texture, & feel on the skin isn’t nice clients won’t like using it , nor will they respond the same emotionally.

That’s why everything I formulate fits around this philosophy of bridging beautiful sensorial skin care with self care.

Combining aromatherapy skin care products with intentional self care rituals to help make a profound difference to how you feel daily.
