Baby food is now expensive, feed your baby with your own homemade food,it's better than all these canned foods
1 derica of yellow corn
1derica of millet
1 derica of Guinea corn
Half derica of soyabean
1 milk tin cup of dates
200 to 500naira roasted groundnut
Procedure
1. Pick all the dirts from all the grains
2.Soak your grains for 2days, inorder to allow it to ferment(without soyabeans)
Change the water daily to prevent it from having bad odour
3.on the day you want to grind
Soak your soybeans with hot water,to remove the hull
4.After you have dehull the soybeans, add it to your fermented and rinsed grains (millet maize etc)
5.Add your roasted groundnut or cashewnuts and the dates to your grains combo(soyabeans and millet etc)
6.Then take it to the milling machine for milling
Then FILTER
7.You can pour inside a sieve cloth overnight while you allow the water to drain completely by preventing it from going sour by the day or you refrigerate immediately after milling

They think whether this woman can build me a home, can she take care of my kids and I, can she give me PEACE of mind? Men don't like ladies who gives them discomfort, this is why a man can stay with a woman for years and meet another in a month, then get married to her.
It's comfort of having peace of mind they want.
