1. Initial Deposit: 40% down payment to secure your hair.
2. Payment Duration: Balance spread over 3 months. Payment every month.
3. Collection: Hair will be released to you after full payment is completed.
4. Late Payment: Payment is due on or before the agreed date each month. Late payment attracts a fee.
5. No Refund: Deposits are non-refundable. Hair can only be exchanged if there is a manufacturing defect.
6. Eligibility: Valid ID + Contact details required to register.
7. Maintenance: Hair must be handled properly. We’re not liable for damage after collection.
