I genuinely thought I was done with hair.

I learnt how to make hair at 13, sold wigs for about 4 years, and honestly… hair was a huge part of how Toppys Empire even started.

Then I got to a point where I felt stuck, so I walked away and tried something completely different.

And now, years later, I’m here again… making hair and asking myself, “Wait… did I really leave this thing behind?” 😂

The funny thing is, I don’t even think I want to go back to doing hair the exact same way I used to.

I just know there’s something here.

Something I want to create.

Something that has been sitting somewhere in my heart for a while.

Maybe we really don’t outgrow our first love. Maybe we just find a new way to love it. 🥹❤️

I didn’t plan to start today…
but I had to sit down and be honest with myself

these past few weeks, I’ve just been eating anything
no control, no structure… just “I’ll start again” every time

and the truth is… I never actually did

now my body is showing it
I feel puffy, uncomfortable… my period disappeared again
and I don’t even feel like myself lately

it’s not even about weight at this point
it’s just that feeling of knowing you’re not taking care of yourself

so today, I didn’t try to do anything extreme
I just did something small… something I can continue

I don’t know if I’ll get it perfect
but I know I can’t keep ignoring myself like this

this is me… starting again
