Every year, the Miss Namibia Pageant celebrates beauty with a charitable cause, by crowning one deserving young woman to carry the title of Miss Namibia. This honour initiates her drive to bring charity to the less-privileged; to promote deserving social causes; to serve as an example of purposeful living by the young and to bring honour and pride to our Nation as a representative of goodwill and an ambassador for Namibia.

Senior Station Officer Fillipus Sikongo of the City of Windhoek Fire Brigade Services returns with the 2nd Fire Brigade Calendar—an initiative that celebrates the brave men and women who dedicate their lives to protecting our communities.
What began as a City of Windhoek initiative has grown into a collaborative effort, with Miss Namibia, Windhoek Optics, and NBC proudly coming on board to support this meaningful cause.
Every calendar purchased will help fund psychosocial support programs, health and wellness initiatives, community assistance, and extracurricular activities that promote the well-being of firefighters, especially during demanding periods such as the winter veld fire season when they work long hours with little rest while responding to emergencies.
This is more than a calendar—it’s an opportunity to give back to the heroes who are always there when we need them most.

During the Miss Teen Namibia & Miss Namibia 2026 Road to the Crown Activation at Gobabis Shopping Mall, National FM presenter Matthew Mappz Kapofi engaged in conversation with Gerrie Mostert, owner of Die Dam, the official venue for the Miss Teen Namibia and Miss Namibia 2026 Crowning Ceremonies and Omaheke Megasave, a proud Platinum Sponsor of Miss Namibia 2026.
Their discussion highlighted the significance of valued partnerships and the vital role the private sector plays in supporting platforms that empower young women, strengthen communities, and contribute to the continued success of the Miss Namibia Organisation.
