A little reminder about our booking policy 🤍
At Clare’s Inner Beauty, a deposit is required to secure all appointments.
The deposit is not an extra charge; it is deducted from the total cost of your treatment, and you simply pay the remaining balance at your appointment.
We completely understand that sometimes plans change. However, last-minute cancellations and no-shows leave appointment spaces that are often impossible to refill, which affects a small business and our therapists’ working day.
For clients who attend their appointments or give us enough notice if they need to change them, the deposit policy should not cause any problem at all.
Unfortunately, because last-minute cancellations still happen, we need to apply the same policy to everyone so that our appointment time is protected fairly.
