My own journey has taught me that transformation can be painful, unexpected, and incredibly humbling. But eventually, you have to sit with yourself. There have been moments in my own journey where I had to ask myself very difficult questions:

Who am I when the life I built changes?

What remains when the things I thought defined me are no longer there?

After 25 years in healthcare, I have learned that credentials open the door but they do not teach you how to lead.

PharmD. RPh. CPP. CMAP. Every designation represents years of training, examination, and clinical accountability, and I would never diminish that.
