We have no tie-up with any online doctor or any paid platform so beware before booking yourself via any.
We at Skin & Eye Associates give doctor's appointment only through our clinic.
Recently experienced such couple of incidences where,

1. Clash of appointments by patients booked on online app without our knowledge or consent.
2. These patients were given time slot (by online platform without our knowledge)when doctors were in surgery or in conference.
3 Sunday's appointment was given when we clearly don't work.
4. Few patients had made payments to this online doctor app which we were completely unaware. These patients were the most sufferers as they were declined refund by the app & instead asked to settle the refund issue with our clinic. Obviously the payments were not made in favour of clinic that we can issue refund. A clear cut fraud.
We tried to be helpful in best possible way but we were on the receiving end without any fault of us.
When we tried accomodating these patients.... We were told we don't follow appointment schedules as delay happened obviously !!

When we politely tried to reschedule them ( their arrival was completed not scheduled), we were called rude or "why u give appointment if doctor is not available" and the final blow .....

Fight for the refund ( the money which we never took nor was transferred in our account) .

Disturbed clinic environment was palpable.

Just because , we are available and someone can't reach out to online fraud doesn't mean you behave in a particular manner.
