Good afternoon everyone 😊 we hope everyone is well and settling back into school nicely, we would like to take the time to say our book is now open for appointments for “that” time of year🎅🏻 we know it’s very early to be thinking about it but we advise anyone who knows dates to make appointments as they full up so quickly and will be given on a first come first serve basis. So if you have dates give us a text or leave a voicemail and we will do our best to accommodate you, deposits may also be taken just to try minimise no show appointments during such a busy time 😊

Good morning everyone, now that it’s coming up to the busy period we are just reminding everyone to make appointments in advance as some Saturdays in December already have limited appointments left and also please let us know if you can’t make an appointment as most days have a cancellation list. Good evening, unfortunately due to an increasing number of no show appointments we have been forced to make the decision of having to ask for a 50% deposit for all appointments. We understand things happen and situations arise but as we always have a cancellation list these appointments could easily be filled if a small bit of notice has been given. We now require 24 hour notice of cancellation and a full deposit will be returned and a no show will result in 100% of the booked service. It is unfortunate it has come to this but due to rising costs we feel we have been left with no choice, thank you everybody for understanding
