Sometimes there’s no dramatic before and after, no measurements - just real messages from clients sharing how they feel after their treatments💆♀️
Because Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage and Wood Therapy are about so much more than just visible results.
They can support lymphatic flow, improve the appearance of the skin, help the body feel lighter, and most importantly, improve confidence and the way someone feels in their own body🏵
Messages like these are why I love treating clients - and why I’m so passionate about teaching other therapists to create the same experience for their future clients😍
If you’d love to learn treatments that go beyond the before-and-after photo, DM me “AUGUST” for details of my upcoming courses💌

When a workshop becomes more than just a workshop… 💞
When I originally planned this self-care workshop, I thought it would be a normal evening of learning and connection. But it turned into something so much more — a workshop with a beautiful purpose🏵
Together with the incredible women of East Wall Women’s Social Group East Wall Womens Social Group we raised funds to support my dear friend and student, Gillian, who is bravely fighting cancer and undergoing treatment. I cannot express how much this means to me🙏
After the past few difficult months, the love, kindness, energy, and connection I felt yesterday filled my heart in a way I can’t describe.
During International Self-Care Day week, it was such an honour to teach Manual Lymphatic Drainage and Dry Body Brushing, and to spread awareness of the importance of self-care.
Thank you so much to East Wall Women’s Social Group for having me, to every woman who attended, and to Jules and Izzyroseskin | Clean skincare for the beautiful goodie bags🛍
My heart is full of gratitude 💞

For the longest time, I believed this happened simply because I use my hands all day.
As a massage therapist, that seemed like the obvious explanation.
But the more I've learned through my own healing journey, the more I've realised that repetitive movement was probably just the trigger - not the whole story.
In Traditional Chinese Medicine, symptoms are rarely seen as random. They're messages. Instead of asking, "How do I get rid of this?" the question becomes, "Why did my body create this in the first place?"
That shift in perspective has changed the way I look at my health - not just my wrist.
I'm sharing my journey because I know many therapists, bodyworkers, and people with physically demanding jobs experience similar issues. This is my personal experience, and I'll continue documenting my progress as I go.
A huge thank you to Inna Suprun for guiding me through this healing journey with acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine💚
I'm also using castor oil packs from Castorlife as part of my daily routine. If you've been wanting to try their products, you can use my code WOOD10 for 10% off.
Have you ever had a cyst or another recurring issue that made you stop and ask what your body was trying to tell you? I'd love to hear your story👇
