A quick stop in Delos, but honestly, so rich in details.

This island was considered the sacred birthplace of Apollo and Artemis, but what impressed me most was how advanced it actually was for that time. The houses were built with local stone and marble, often with interior courtyards for light and airflow, and some even had beautiful mosaic floors that are still visible today.

One thing I found fascinating: Delos had no natural water source. So they created an entire system of cisterns and underground drainage to collect rainwater and store it — basically an early version of water management that sustained the whole city.

The streets were organized, the homes had structure, and you can really see how developed daily life already was thousands of years ago.

It’s not just ruins… it’s a glimpse of how sophisticated ancient living actually was.

Valletta, one of Europe’s smallest capitals, but honestly… one of the most charming places I’ve ever been 🤍

It’s located in Malta, right in the middle of the Mediterranean, and it feels like stepping into a living postcard. The city dates back to the 1500s, so everywhere you look there’s history, beautiful architecture, and those little details that make you stop and just take it all in.

Even though it’s small, it has so much personality, colorful balconies, golden stone streets, ocean views… it’s the kind of place that makes you slow down and appreciate the moment.

Traveling really reminds me how beautiful life is… especially when you get to share these experiences with people you love ✨
