Walked into Nsawam Hospital yesterday for a full-scale lab checkup—bl00d test, urine tests, diabetes, HIV/AIDS, full STI screening

Funny part? The guy and lady with me completely refused to get tested 😂. They were terrified to know their status and were like, "Kronikle, you get vim o"

Results came back and it’s 100% CLEAN & NEGATIVE across the board!. No health issues, no infections.

Honestly, I’m surprised people are scared of routine checkups. I don’t do sugar (not even in my Hausa Koko), and I don't womanize—my mind is strictly on my business and my health 😁

When locs lack a defined grid and consistent sizing, the usual advice is: "Cut it all off, grow new hair and start over."

Instead of taking all off, she reached out to Kronikle Da Mobile Barber. After an initial assessment, I designed a custom 5-day salvage plan:

• Days 1–2: Carefully unraveled her old locs back to her natural afro hair.

• Days 3–4: start a well gridded new Sisterlocks.

• Day 5: finishing touches and final styling.
