To all of my lovely clients,

I wanted to give you a little heads-up that from the 1st of October, there will be a slight increase to my treatment prices 🤎

This is something I genuinely try to avoid wherever possible, but with the continued increase in the cost of professional products and supplies, it has become necessary.

I’m incredibly passionate about giving you the very best experience at Queen B & Co., and I will always invest in the best, high-quality luxury products to ensure every treatment is performed to the highest standard. I’ll always go above and beyond to create an experience that feels special, luxurious and completely worth your time with me. 🐝🍯

Alongside the price increase, you’ll also notice some changes to the treatment menu. There will be some exciting new treatments being introduced, as well as a few treatments being removed.

As much as I like to think I’m a little bit of a unicorn in the industry 🦄, and I’m incredibly lucky to have so many strings to my bow, I’ve reached a point where I want to be really intentional about the direction of Queen B & Co.

Some treatments simply aren’t where I see the future of my business going, and I want my menu to reflect my passion, my expertise and the experience I want Queen B & Co. to be known for.

This next chapter is all about refining, elevating and creating a treatment menu that feels 100% Queen B & Co. 🤎✨

I’m so excited for you to see what’s coming, and I truly believe the changes will make the experience even more special.

I’m delighted to announce that my new online booking system is now live, making it even easier to book your appointments at your convenience.

There are just a few final touches being added behind the scenes, and I’ll share an update on my story as soon as everything is fully complete.

I’m also excited to introduce a selection of new treatments, which are now available to view and book through the system.

For the best booking experience, I would highly recommend downloading the Booksy app, allowing you to keep my booking system at your fingertips and manage your appointments with ease.

Please note that all online bookings require a booking fee to secure your appointment. Once your appointment has been made, you will receive a message from me with payment details. Booking fees must be received within 24 hours of booking; otherwise, the appointment will be released and made available to other clients.

Just a little update for everyone. I am currently in the middle of changing over to a new booking system, which is taking a lot longer than expected! Alongside this, I’m also working on adding some exciting new treatments, so there’s a lot happening behind the scenes at the moment.
