A personal Journey
KENSINGTON SCENAR
·
Daniela Beccaria Blamey is a registered member of the British Complementary Medicine Association (BCMA) and of the Association of Energy Therapists. After completing her training and qualifications in 2014, Daniela founded Kensington Scenar with the objective of helping people regain a pain free life. Crippled for years by chronic back pain to which different Consultant had attributed a variety of diagnosis from premature Arthritis, to injuries, to possible spinal infection; she had restricted mobility and despite the high dosage of prescribed pain killers, was in constant agony. Having consulted several Orthopaedic Surgeons and tried unsuccessfully a number of treatments: including Cortisone injections in the spine, extensive physiotherapy, osteopathy and acupuncture, she was faced with the only option to operate. In a last attempt to avoid surgery she came across Scenar Therapy. After 12 sessions her pain had gone, she had regained full mobility and is now enjoying a normal active life pain free. Fascinated and astonished by the results, Daniela decided to train to become a Scenar Therapist. Today she is delighted with the results she is able to achieve with her patients.

Jumping, running, squatting… your knees take a lot of impact. 🦵

Patellar tendinitis, often called jumper’s knee, can cause persistent pain and tenderness just below the kneecap, particularly when the patellar tendon is repeatedly overloaded.

SCENAR therapy can be used as part of a recovery programme to help relieve pain, reduce inflammation and support the body’s natural healing response — helping you work towards getting back to the activities you love. 🙌

Don’t let ongoing knee pain become something you simply put up with.

🏓 Paddle Elbow? Your elbow might be telling you to slow down.

If you’ve been playing padel regularly and are starting to notice pain around the outside of your elbow, you may be experiencing tennis elbow (lateral epicondylitis) — often caused by repetitive gripping, wrist movement and overuse.

This is where SCENAR therapy may help.

⚡ SCENAR uses gentle electrical impulses to stimulate the body’s natural regulatory and recovery processes. It can be used as part of a wider approach to help:

• Reduce pain and discomfort
• Support local circulation
• Relax irritated or overworked tissues
• Encourage the body’s natural recovery response
• Get you moving more comfortably again

The aim isn’t simply to mask the pain — it’s to support recovery while addressing the underlying overload.

🏓 More rallies. Less elbow pain.

If your elbow is starting to complain after every game, it may be time to give it some attention.
