UVA rays are around all year and can still contribute to pigmentation, uneven skin tone and premature skin ageing, even when the weather feels cooler. If you are using active products and are exposed to UV light, the chances are that you pick up REBOUND pigmentation. So, in trying to look after your skin – you could end up worse.

Be diligent with your SPF, ensure it is protective from UVA/ UVB, Infra-Red and Blue Light. These can be found with most clinical led SPF’s

In the clinic, we use different technologies depending on what your skin actually needs. That might mean a HIFU treatment for firmness, a HydraFacial for cleansing and hydration, or other advanced skin treatments to target specific concerns.

The important bit is choosing the treatment for the person, not simply booking whatever happens to be popular online.

Collagen is one of those things we don’t really think about until we start noticing changes in our skin. 🤍

From our mid-20s onwards, collagen production gradually starts to slow down, and over time that can show up as changes in firmness, elasticity, fine lines and skin texture.

The good news is there are professional skin treatments that can help support the skin’s natural collagen response, but which one is right for you really depends on your skin and what you want to improve.
