🖐️ With 14+ years of experience in manual therapy, Fruzsi blends deep remedial bodywork with nervous system-focused treatment designed to ease tension, improve movement, and help you fully unwind.
🌿 Her approach combines sports massage, Thai massage, Eastern bodywork traditions, and trauma-informed practice to create treatments that are intuitive, restorative, and deeply personalised.
