🌿 Heartsease is coming back… 🌿

I’m so excited to be returning to the Heartsease Studio. ā¤ļø

These last few months have taught me so much about slowing down, listening to my body and, perhaps most importantly, what really matters in life (not to sound dramatic).

Living with Hashimoto’s and being forced to pause has reminded me that wellbeing isn’t about doing more, being perfect or constantly trying to fix ourselves. Sometimes it’s about stepping back, breathing, accepting where we are and finding our way back to ourselves.

I’m feeling more hopeful and slowly starting to feel better, although I’m definitely not out of the woods yet. So I’ll be taking a gentle, phased return as I get back on my feet.

I’m incredibly grateful to all my wonderful clients for your patience, kindness and understanding — especially those of you waiting with vouchers. I haven’t forgotten you and I’ll be in touch very soon. ā¤ļø

And this experience has given me an even clearer sense of where I want Heartsease to go.

I truly believe I can help women who have lost themselves somewhere along the way — through burnout, perimenopause, autoimmune challenges or simply the relentless demands of life — to pause, reconnect and begin to reclaim their identity.

Not by adding another impossible list to their lives, but through small, realistic changes, support, self-acceptance and creating space to breathe.

✨ Heartsease is evolving.
A rebrand is underway, and I’ll be weaving my women’s health & wellbeing coaching into the holistic work I love.

Slowly. Mindfully. And with real life at the heart of it.

Thank you for waiting for me 🩷

A little life update from me šŸ¤

After a lot of thought (and honestly, a lot of pushing through), I’ve decided to take a pause from reflexology and hands-on treatments for a while to focus on my health and recovery.

My Hashimoto’s has been particularly flared recently, and the biggest issue has become pain, numbness, and pins and needles in my hands — which has made treatments physically difficult. Alongside the exhaustion and trying to juggle family life, I’ve had to admit to myself that I can’t keep spinning all the plates right now.

This decision hasn’t come easily because I truly love my work and every single person who trusts me with their wellbeing. But as a health coach, I spend so much time encouraging others to listen to their bodies, slow down, rest, and prioritise their health… and I know I need to follow that advice too.

Sometimes the most aligned thing we can do is pause before our bodies force us to.

Over this break, I’ll be focusing on healing, being more present with my family, and also quietly working behind the scenes on developing my health coaching offering — shaped not just by training, but by everything I’m learning through this season personally too.

I’m hoping with his pause that I’ll return stronger in September.

Thank you for all the kindness, support, patience, and understanding. It means more than I can say šŸ¤.

Creating isn’t just about making something pretty—it’s about making space in your mind.šŸ«¶šŸ¼

I needed a little outlet today and I made myself some summer earrings ā˜€ļøāœØšŸŒ™

When your thoughts feel loud, your hands can quiet them. A little time, a simple act, and suddenly your soul can breathe again.

And it doesn’t have to look like art.
It can be a walk, journaling messy thoughts, baking something simple, doodling, organizing, or just sitting with music.

Make something—whatever that looks like for you. Not for perfection… just for a little peace ā˜®ļø
