today i had a hot bath with natures rose bounty and a mint homemade teabag some epsom salts , then off to grab supplies , then woodland sit spot , just being under the canopy of the trees , only got soaked when i went for brambles 🤣🌲🏴☔️happy days , homemade soup with tatties and carrots and peas fae the farm shop and apples aff the tree full moon meditation group new meditation incoming for tomorrow get yer fav mug and hot drink ready
