London Marathon - 2 Weeks to go, huge thank you to everyone who has donated to the fantastic charity 'Make a Wish Foundation' that i am running for. Please if you can donate to my page below. Ive done the work since the beginning of the year 613kms run, 9.5hrs on a spin bike, 7.5 hours on an eliptical, 50kms on a push bike and at least 42 hours lifting weights in the gym! The hard works been put in. Oh and numerous amounts of calories consumed!!
