The last 24 hours have been some of the most stressful I’ve had in a long time.

In the middle of the night, I received a notification that my airline had changed the time of my flight without my consent. Because of this change, I won’t be able to make an important appointment scheduled for 1:00 PM, and I’ll also be late for another appointment I had already arranged.

But that’s not all.

The payment for my tickets was charged to my account twice, and I still haven’t received a refund. When I reported the issue at the airport, instead of helping me, I was told that I had to pay again for my dog’s transportation—even though I had already paid for it.

Seriously?! 😳 Of course, I refused to pay for the same service a third time. Thankfully, that issue was eventually resolved.

I have all the payment confirmations, messages, and supporting documents. I will be pursuing my rights and seeking reimbursement for my costs, as well as any compensation I may be entitled to.

Sometimes, a single decision made by a company is enough to completely disrupt someone’s day, work, and plans that were arranged well in advance.

I sincerely hope this matter is resolved fairly. Customers deserve respect, professionalism, and accountability—not unnecessary stress.
