JUMPBOARD WORKSHOP
Join Adrianna for a focused 90-minute Jumpboard workshop designed to help you move with greater strength, control, and precision on the reformer.
Suitable for both new and experienced clients, this session will explore Jumpboard technique, alignment, coordination, and flow while building confidence and power through movement.
