This lovely client decided to repeatedly use her own bleach to lighten her hair which resulted in breakage, banding, spotting and very brassy blonde hair.

I corrected it by applying a full head of hilights throughout and processing very very slowly, then toning root to end with a blend of 3 separate colours.

Perfection will come, but for now we have a softer more balanced colour which i recommended she maintain with proper homecare and toning sessions in the salon.
