Bookmark this café for your next weekend because entering this cafe feels like stepping into a part bookstore, part cafe, and part arboretum.
There’s also a staghorn fern workshop every weekend (reservation required) that upgrades your experience there, hosted by Ecovine studio.
I recommend signing up for the weekend plant workshop in advance to secure your spot, and trying their banana Matcha to fuel yourself during the workshop.

If trendmaxxing was food, it would be this dubai chocolate mochi gelato…but before I share further follow Jen for toronto’s food updates.
This is a gelato version of the viral chewy dubai chocolate cookie that took over the internet this winter. If layers of pistachio gelato, roasetd kadayif, and the cocoa mochi all in one sound like you, you are going to LOVE this.
It’s a huge portion but melts really fast so I’d recommend sharing with a friend. It also becomes more affordable when spliting :)

This secret path takes you to a $20 steak frites spot with Miami vibes in downtown Toronto 🌴
Being home to Toronto’s juiciest and most affordable steakhouse, Alice Bevy has introduced $20 6oz steak frites, with an option to double it up just for extra $16.
Their steaks originate from a local Ontario town (just outside of Guelph) and cut in house, which levels up the meat quality 🥩
Steaks frites are available everyday including weekends from 4-6:30PM & 9:30PM onwards!
They have both indoor and outdoor seating, but I feel like that many people know about their outdoor seating in a patio. Enter the restaurant and ask to be seated in the patio for extra vibes!
